                   Our club started back in 1936


                                       Mission Statement


Our mission includes the conservation of wildlife, habitat and natural resources.  Education of the public to include conservation issues and firearm safety.  To support and defend the second amendment of the United States Constitution.  Provide recreation and organized activities to members and the public.  To participate in charitable and other community service activities, especially those related to conservation and sportmanship.

                                     

                                      Our Goals

The conservation and enhancement of wildlife and it's habitat.  Maximizing responsible access and use of public lands.  Preserving our Hunting and Fishing Heritage for Future Generations.  To Preserve Our Second Amendment Rights.

                                      

                                    Having Fun Outdoors


The Yuma Valley Rod & Gun Club is a very event active club.  With over twenty four scheduled activities already planned for the year, and more to come.  It doesn't matter if you hunt or fish, we have have you covered with numerous fishing derbys, big game contests, coyote hunts, prairies dog shoots, quail hunts, hunter safety and education classes.  The list goes on and on.  We have a lot of safe fun in the field.  We are a very friendly group of folks.
